SessionVault employs a strict zero-knowledge encryption architecture. Your data is encrypted using a key derived from your Master Password or local device Passkey.
WARNING: We do not know, store, or have the ability to reset your Master Password. If you forget your Master Password and lose access to your Passkey, your data is mathematically unrecoverable.
By using SessionVault, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that SessionVault, its developers, and its affiliates shall bear zero liability for any data loss resulting from forgotten passwords, lost devices, or corrupted hardware.
SessionVault is a software utility designed to assist with practice administration, record-keeping, and document generation. SessionVault does not provide legal, medical, or clinical compliance advice.
As a practitioner, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of SessionVault complies with all applicable local, national, and professional regulations regarding patient confidentiality, data retention, and clinical record-keeping.
While SessionVault offers automated cloud syncing to Google Drive, it is the user's sole responsibility to maintain secondary, redundant backups. We highly recommend routinely using the internal ".zip Archive Export" feature. We are not responsible for sync failures caused by third-party outages or network constraints.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SessionVault be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
